JOB TASKS AND TOOLS:
Budgeting, forecasting and execution control;
Cash flow management;
Accurate and timely financial and business reporting, providing insights to the management team;
Optimization of finance department processes, implementation of digitization projects;
Work with the team of the finance department in the Baltic countries: chief. accountants, accounting, financial controllers, external partners;
Relations with banks, auditors, insurance companies;
Preparing reports for investors, placing reports on the stock exchange;
Maintenance of payment conditions for suppliers and customers, discussions on changing the conditions;
Accountability to the company manager and the board.
IT tools: Navision, PowerBI, Tourvisia.
WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE:
~5 years of financial management experience in the role of strategic partnership;
Higher education in the fields of finance, auditing, economics;
Successful experience working in a team with top-level managers, the board;
Rich experience in implementing financial management processes and digital solutions;
Ability to lead/assemble a financial team, delegate tasks, motivate;
Successful change management experience;
Good knowledge of English.

Salary
From 7000 €/mon. gross
Annual financial bonuses + value for the employee
