Our client - a company with many years of experience in the field of Fintech, invites a CFO to join its team.
Nature of work
Management of the finance department team, supervision of daily accounting functions, participation in improving and implementing accounting forms and methods;
Systematization and analysis of activities and financial indicators of companies operating in Lithuania and related subsidiaries operating in foreign countries, forecasts, financial planning, allocation of resources to individual activities, functions and departments, control of the efficiency of their use;
Participation in the preparation of budgets and supervision of their execution;
Preparation of consolidated, annual and interim financial statements;
Assessing the profitability of development and investment projects,
Providing information and reports to managers and the company's shareholder;
Representation of the company in external financial institutions (banks, insurance, investment companies).

Employee requirements
Higher education in economics, finance;
At least 5 years of work experience in the financial city, at least 3 years of management experience; experience working in a group of companies;
An advantage is experience working in the IT sector;
Excellent command of Russian (spoken and written), good command of English.
Knowledge of LR legal acts regulating accounting and taxes; financial planning and control skills; management and organization of accounting systems;
Knowledge of the accounting program "Rivile" and analytics systems; knowledge of accounting program 1C is a big advantage.
