PHYSICAL SECURITY PROJECT MANAGER

You have a non-university education in engineering, information technology, project management or another field of science.
You have 2 years of work experience in the field of design, installation and maintenance of physical-technical protection measures or good knowledge in project management, safety risk management or similar fields.
You have very good national language and English skills.
You are able to work with the Microsoft Office software package.
You have an appreciation of the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania and the European Union, as well as the requirements for the preparation, management and accounting of documents related to the position.
You have planning, organization, analytical thinking, negotiation and argumentation skills.
You have an impeccable reputation, initiative, organization, results orientation.

Manage the Company's physical security and technical security measures implementation projects, organize the physical and technical property protection of the Company's facilities.
Collect, systematize, analyze information about the state of the physical protection and technical protection measures of the Company's facilities, submit proposals for improvement, implementation of additional measures.
Collect, systematize, and analyze information about the provision of physical and technical security services, safety violations, violations of legal acts, risks and potential threats to the Company's facilities.
Prepare, evaluate, coordinate technical protection measures, technical conditions, technical tasks, work projects and/or other documents, manage project budgets and risks.
Compile and periodically update descriptions of the physical protection of objects protected by the Company, the list of objects of increased risk and other objects of the Company to be protected.
Prepare the Company's legal acts regulating the entry/exit/stay of persons and vehicles at the Company's facilities.
Carry out supervision of the functioning of the Company's technical protection measures, analyze their efficiency, coordinate with the Company's operational units the projects of technical protection measures installation works and technical maintenance services purchase contracts.
