Job Description
XXII Century Inc is a transportation and trucking service company that partners with and empowers its exceptional drivers to feel a strong sense of pride and ownership in the business. We make sure our drivers are fulfilled and happy working with us, and we achieve this by fostering a balance between work, play, and home time. Currently, we are seeking a Fleet Manager to join our experienced, American and Lithuanian team.
The ideal candidate is a team player who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. They should be able to solve issues quickly and efficiently while staying professional. Communication and operations are their passion, as they are able to persuade, motivate, and negotiate well with others. Most importantly, they should be looking for a company to grow with, while also taking their career to the next level. No previous experience is required, but fluency in English will be important.

Main Responsibilities:
- Taking care of your fleet and drivers
- Reporting any required information to your manager
- Gaining a solid understanding of the American freight and transportation industry
- Being able to work from 14:00 to midnight
