Duties will involve:
Responding to users questions via email and live chat communication tool
Reviewing and updating internal database by preparing and editing back-end listing, email correspondence and communications with clients
Liaising with other overseas team members at all levels
Updating internal databases
Hours worked during daytime and one working weekend a month required once trained

Minimum 3 year previous work experience in digital admin, customer services or other related fields.
Excellent computer skills and able to work independently
Good command of both spoken and written English
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Knowledge and interest in foreign cultures;
