Today, we are inviting a motivated and responsible Revitalization and Redevelopment Plan project manager(s) to the Šiaulių bankas team, who is ready to work in a team, to jointly accept decisions, to achieve set goals, would be open to discussion, would like to work in a trust-based culture and, of course, be #closer.

Every day you will be #closer to:

• Together with other colleagues of the bank's departments, I will organize the renewal of the Recovery Plan or its parts, taking into account the external and internal factors affecting the bank;
• I control the trends of the indicators of the Recovery Plan and, together with other colleagues of the departments responsible for managing individual risks, assess the level of assumed risk;
• I will organize the implementation of SRB requirements related to business continuity;
• You will prepare documentation of internal processes related to the bank's internal processes that ensure business continuity;
• You will maintain and improve the information structures necessary for your field;
• You will prepare reports, presentations on issues of the Recovery Plan and business continuity in accordance with SRB requirements for both internal and external users;
• Prepare presentations on issues related to the Recovery Plan and internal business continuity in accordance with SRB requirements for internal users;
• You will follow the changes in the legal acts of your field and accordingly improve the internal documents implementing them.

To be #closer, you will need:

• Higher education in economics, management, accounting, finance;
• Previous experience in the areas of bank activity organization, business continuity, capital/liquidity/operational risk management, preparation of the Recovery Plan and business continuity in the implementation of the tasks of the Reorganization Board or previous audit or consultant experience in the financial sector would be an advantage;
• Knowledge related to economics, finance or mathematics;
• Ability to analyze data and bank processes;
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem solving and critical thinking skills;
• Fluent business writing and oral communication skills in both Lithuanian and English languages;
• Strong presentation skills (PowerPoint presentations and Word documents);
• Ability to perfectly manage computer literacy Windows, MS Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Other skills - SAS, Forpost (advantage);
• Know how to prioritize tasks, organize work effectively and ensure strict adherence to deadlines;
• Willingness to learn and develop about risk management in the banking sector.
