- Working with production technical documentation;
- Resource control, material ordering;
- Financial control of ongoing construction objects and preparation of reports; write-off of used materials;
- Subcontractors, equipment suppliers, etc. organization and search for tenders, analysis of proposals, conclusion of contracts.
Employee requirements
- Higher/university technical engineering education;
- Knowledge of construction technological processes;
- Skills in drawing up technical construction documentation - an advantage;
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Office program package, Auto Cad)
- Good knowledge of English;
- Independence, diligence, responsibility, receptiveness to innovations;
- Certificates are an advantage.
