Tasks in this position:
- Accounting of raw materials involved in production: write-off to project cost, internal movement between warehouses, write-off of additional/auxiliary raw materials at the end of the month;
- Product cost analysis - fact / plan comparison, communication with technologists explaining the reasons for deviations, as needed - cost price corrections;
- Monitoring, control of inventory balances in production warehouses, organization of inventory, formalization of inventory results;
- Communication with the responsible staff of the warehouse, production, the team of technologists, accounting in order to ensure high-quality inventory management and control;
- Other work related to production as assigned by the manager.
Employee requirements
- Higher or spec. professional (accounting profile) education;
- Inventory management and accounting experience (in the manufacturing sector - an advantage);
- Ability to collect, analyze and process large flows of information;
- Work experience with accounting/business management programs, electronic calculator Microsoft Office, Excel;
- Personal qualities: goal orientation, communication, responsibility, thoroughness, attention to details, openness to innovation, developed analytical and critical thinking.
