Nature of work
- Work in the assembly workshop of distribution devices, to lead the team that produces project electrotechnical devices;
- Work coordination, i.e. to organize work so that the products are manufactured in the agreed time and with high quality;
- Monitoring, analyzing, improving work processes;
- Communicating with the team, motivating it, solving problems;
- Completing internal documentation;
- Preparation of reports.
Employee requirements
- Higher technical (electrical/mechanical) education;
- At least 2 years of management experience in production;
- Reading electrical diagrams would be an advantage;
- Good computer skills (MS Office, CAD);
- Speaking and writing English would be an advantage;
- Very good organizational and time planning skills.
