Nature of work
You will be responsible in UAB "Baltic Premator Klaipėda" for:
Organization of work in the shipbuilding/repair sector;
Work planning of brigades;
Preparation of shift tasks;
Preparation and analysis of completed work/project reports.
Ensuring work safety requirements at workplaces;
Preparation of workplaces;
fulfilling the brigade's working hours;
Assignment of works to the quality inspector, representatives of the class and the customer;
And communication with customer representatives.

We think you would do best if you:
You have a higher or higher education in engineering, technical field;
You know from experience what the production manager is responsible for;
You are able to lead people - gather and motivate them for a common goal;
You speak and can correspond in English and Russian;
You work well with a computer, you can read technical drawings;
You have work experience in shipbuilding or repair (or you have just graduated from engineering studies);
You consider yourself an independent, optimistic, strategic thinking person.
An advantage if you have experience working with painting metal structures or their products.
You know from experience what the production manager is responsible for;
You are able to lead people - gather and motivate them for a common goal;
You speak and can correspond in English and Russian;
You work well with a computer, you can read technical drawings;
You have work experience in shipbuilding or repair (or you have just graduated from engineering studies);
You consider yourself an independent, optimistic, strategic thinking person.
An advantage if you have experience working with painting metal structures or their products.
