BY JOINING THE TEAM, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- supervision and coordination of infrastructure and production equipment performance improvement projects;
- management of production processes and implementation of plans;
- effective coordination of personnel, technical, energy and other resources;
- optimization of production processes, their continuous improvement and implementation;
- analysis and management of production indicators and budget.
WE HOPE YOU:
- you have obtained a higher engineering or technological education;
- you have at least 3 years of work experience in the field of production, leading a production department (food industry);
- you have excellent work planning and organization skills;
- you are result-oriented, communicative;
- you can communicate fluently in English.
