- Coordinate the activities of subordinate engineers and engineering technologists by providing daily technical and technological support.
- Cooperate with the client.
- Organize planning and implementation of assigned projects.
- Coordinate and control the activities of assigned project teams.
- Organize data collection and analysis to improve the process.
- Constantly improving production methods and processes together with the LEAN coordinator and occupational safety and health specialist.
- Prepare the necessary action plans and reports.
- Participate in work methods improvement meetings.
- Participate in internal and external audits.
Employee requirements
- Higher/advanced engineering education.
- English language (oral, written).
- Microsoft Office Excel knowledge and experience in data analysis.
- Good leadership and communication skills.
- Similar work experience in a manufacturing company.
