Nature of work
- Maintenance of the production line and ensuring a continuous production process;
- Leading the team, organizing and coordinating its work;
- Training and motivation of team members;
- Close cooperation with the shift manager on work organization issues;
- Prompt solution of emerging problems, management of stressful situations.
Employee requirements
- Work experience in production (at least 2 years);
- Successful team management experience;
- Practical knowledge of the main production processes;
- Knowledge of LEAN and quality standards;
- Computer literacy;
- Good knowledge of English.
