Nature of work
- Ensure the smooth execution of production plans, effectively using the production capacity and the working time of the production staff;
- Assess the compliance of customer orders with production capacity and manage the risks of production plans;
- Control and execute production plans (both short-term and long-term), taking into account production restrictions, changes in customer orders, quantity of urgent orders;
- Plan the need for raw materials required for production, control raw material balances for the timely fulfillment of customer orders;
- To ensure effective communication with other departments in order to achieve the optimal fulfillment of the production plan;
- To promptly distribute/coordinate work for shift workers, to solve production problems;
- Increase the efficiency of the production process, submit proposals, systematize data;
- Ensure that production workers comply with occupational safety and health requirements;
- Work in shifts (no night shift), which change every week from 5:00 to 13:30 and 13:30 to 22:00. we are closed on weekends and holidays.
Employee requirements
- One or more years of similar work experience in a manufacturing company;
- Higher or higher education in the fields of engineering (would be a great advantage);
- Analytical thinking, thoroughness, ability to systematize information;
- Computer skills;
- Ability and desire to work in a team, excellent communication skills, ability to motivate and be a leader;
- Knowledge of production and business processes, ability to read technical drawings, work with data (an advantage with ERP systems);
- Knowledge of the principles of continuous improvement, efficiency of production processes, optimization, ability to apply them in practice;
- Independence, initiative, ability to think strategically;
- Ability to effectively solve problems, orientation to the result;
- Driver's licence B category).
