Nature of work
Organization of production work (work in shifts with a sliding schedule, shifts from 6 am to 6 pm and 6 pm to 6 am);
Work control of subordinate employees, activity management;
Organization of employee training at the workplace;
Ensuring proper operation of equipment and facilities;
Timely execution and control of the production plan;
Production data collection and integration into accounting programs;
Quality control at the workplace;
Analyzing production results and providing new suggestions related to performance improvement.

Similar work experience (in the food industry/quality);
