Nature of work
- Organization of the work of groups of software control devices;
- Implementation of production plans and tasks;
- Coordination of shift workers;
- Supervision and control of work efficiency;
- Employee motivation;
- Other assignments of the production manager;
- Work schedule: 5 working days Monday - Friday, two shifts (I shift: 06:00 - 14:30; II shift 14:00 - 22:30, shifts change every other week).
Employee requirements
- Managerial/technical education (mechanical or production engineering would be an advantage);
- At least 1 year of work experience in a manufacturing company;
- Organizational skills;
- Communicability;
- Knowledge and skills of working with people;
- Knowledge of the Lithuanian language is necessary;
- Knowing Russian would be an advantage.
