Nature of work
Organization of shift work in the armature processing workshop.
Allocation of work to various specialists. Their consulting, assistance in starting the production of new orders.
Analysis of drawings.
Analysis of the need for raw materials per shift and control of their delivery to production.
Quality control of armature products during shift work.
Organization of movement of products, their issuance.
The work is organized in 2 shifts - 6:00 - 14:30 and 14:30 - 23:00. Shifts change weekly. We are closed on weekends and holidays.

Employee requirements
We invite people who:
a) has at least 2 years of experience in managing people and organizational work.
(b) Technical education in any field.
c) can read drawings
d) knowledge of metalworking would be an advantage, but we know how to educate, so we can train even those who do not know metalworking.
e) knows how to motivate, support and train employees of various ages.
