Production Operator (Painting Work Center)

In this position, you will be responsible for painting the wooden elements of the window frame. Painting is automated, so you will need to maintain and operate the equipment. You will also be responsible for assembling the already painted wooden window frame elements according to the order number. In this position, production quality control is particularly important, which also depends on the repair of wood, which must be performed by grinding, scrubbing and filling defects with wax and other techniques.

In our company, the highest requirements apply, so every employee is responsible for production quality control and occupational safety!

Please note that due to the general requirements for manual lifting of loads set by the state, related to the weight of the load, its lifting in two ways, gauges or other, only men can work in this position.

Experience is not necessary - we train at the workplace. However, experience in manufacturing would be a big plus.

Workplace in Marijampole.

Employees working in shifts have the opportunity to use the company's transport to/from work in the city of Marijampolė and from the surrounding areas.

Production operators work in two shifts, from Monday to Friday (weekends are free). Morning - from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., afternoon from 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. (shifts change weekly).

After passing the exam, the bonus paid depends on the production results.
With various bonuses, your salary can reach 1450 and more for the whole month. (before tax)
