IKEA Industry Lithuania is looking for colleagues to join our team as production operators and ensure a smooth and efficient furniture production process. We are currently looking for specialists to work on devices of various complexity, performing the functions of edging, drilling or piercing.
In this position you:
- You will manage automatic and computerized equipment and ensure a smooth production process.
- You will ensure the quality of manufactured parts based on the IKEA quality standard.
- You will be responsible for the smooth operation of the devices, in case of malfunctions I will communicate with the technical service department to eliminate the malfunctions.
We hope you:
- Has technical knowledge and can understand drawings.
- Want to learn and share knowledge.
- Able to work in a shift work schedule: 3 shifts/5 working days (1 week - in the morning; 1 week - at night; 1 week - in the afternoon).

- Work experience in working with automatic and computerized production devices - an advantage, not a necessity.
