Nature of work:
- Improving workplaces in order to increase efficiency
- Modernization of facilities and design of new facilities
- Implementation of changes in production
- Providing suggestions on optimization issues
- Implementation of new technical tools and technologies
Requirements for the candidate:
- Higher technical education (technology, mechanics, or other related technical)
- Experience in metalworking or manufacturing would be a strong advantage
- Ability to think creatively and look for new solutions
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with company personnel and management
- Ability to work to tight time schedules
- Ability to work in a team and individually
- Excellent analytical skills
