- Coordination, motivation and education of the team's daily activities;
- Ensuring the company's growth, efficiency and competitiveness;
- Searching for innovative solutions and their implementation.
Employee requirements
- At least 3 years of successful company management experience (at a manufacturing company - an advantage);
- Excellent command of English (Russian is an advantage);
- Knowledge of business processes, financial management, strategic planning and risk management;
- Knowledge of LEAN standards and successful practical use;
- Excellent leadership skills, ability to motivate the team to achieve goals.
