- Organization of the department's activities;

- Implementation of systems, coordination and optimization of activities and internal processes;

- Coordination, motivation and education of the team's daily activities;
- Ensuring the company's growth, efficiency and competitiveness;
- Finding innovative solutions and their implementation;
- Auditing, support, control and improvement of work according to certified activities (Global Gap, Grasp, Ekoagros).
Employee requirements
- At least 3 years of successful company management experience (at a manufacturing company - an advantage);
- Excellent command of the English language;
- Knowledge of business processes, financial management, strategic planning and risk management;
- Excellent leadership skills, ability to motivate the team to achieve goals;
- Ability to work in a team with different people;
- Analytical and strategic thinking;
- Independence and initiative;
- Category B driver's license.
