Nature of work:
- Smooth organization and coordination of shift work
- Implementation of production plans and ensuring work productivity
- Ensuring the quality of manufactured products
- Efficient use of production capacity and resources
- Analysis of production results, reporting
- Participation in "Lean" and "5S" activities
- Training and development of employees
- Working in shifts (2 - daytime (7:00-19:00), 2 - night (19:00-7:00), 4 - rest days)
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience leading a production team
- Education in engineering, manufacturing or similar field
- Experience in knowledge of production processes, planning and work organization
- Ability to effectively solve problems, orientation to the result
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, ability to motivate and be a leader
- Good computer skills
- Excellent knowledge of English and Lithuanian
