Nature of work
- smooth organization of shift work, employee motivation, education and assistance in performing tasks;
- execution of the production plan, ensuring work productivity and quality control;
- efficient use of production capacities and resources;
- monitoring, recording and reporting of shift results;
- work in shifts, with a rolling work schedule after 12 hours. (3 daytime, 2 rest, 3 night, 4 rest).

- has work experience in production;
- able to lead a team, motivate and train employees;
- able to plan, organize and communicate;
- are focused on the result and continuity of actions;
