WHAT WILL YOUR JOB BE:
- Plan the volume of production and processing processes in production units, make production plans;
- Control that there are no deviations from the planned production task;
- Propose ideas, submit proposals for the development and improvement of both existing and new processes;
- Participate in the development of a new product and its further production process;
- Plan production quantities for export, ensure timely fulfillment of orders;
- Carry out demand analysis for manufactured products;
- To control the stock balances of manufactured products in warehouses.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
- Have planning experience (not necessarily in the wood sector), be able to understand the specifics of production and technological processes;
- Ability to propose solutions for optimization and improvement of activities;
- Logical, analytical and systematic thinking, excellent memory, ability to manage large flows of information;
- Flexibility, ability to adapt to rapidly changing working conditions, positive attitude to work situations, communication, teamwork;
- Organizational abilities, attention to details;
- Ability to take responsibility for one's decisions;
- Excellent computer skills;
- Experience working with the NAVISION program as an advantage.
