Your Responsibilities as Technologist(s):
- Close teamwork between different departments of the company;
- Introduction of technological processes and products, taking into account Espersen Group and customer requirements, in order to ensure high product quality.
- Search for effective technological solutions, communication in the team and their implementation;
- Preparation of technological documents;
- Selection of raw materials and packaging materials and calculation of technological norms;
- Analysis of the efficiency of the production process, monitoring of indicators and initiation of elimination of non-conformities.
Our team expects from you:
- Experience working as a technologist or in a similar position (experience in the food industry is an advantage);
- Ability to work effectively in a team, being hardworking and diligent;
- Interest in LEAN methodology and its practical application;
- Skills in analyzing production processes and proposing effective improvements;
- Ability to make decisions and work qualitatively both in a team and independently.
- Higher education in the field of technology, engineering or production;
- Good English and computer skills.
