- Ensure the implementation of the quality indicators set for the company's divisions;
- Actively participate in the training processes of restaurant employees;
- Ensure the implementation of production technological standards, GHPT in restaurants;
- Conduct internal quality assessment visits, systematize and summarize information;
- To ensure the quality control of the produced products in restaurants;
- Analyze qualitative production results;
- Full-time work, spending 80% of working time in the company's restaurants;
Employee requirements
- Experience working as a technologist, manager. in the position of a technologist;
- Education in the field of food technology (advantage);
- Orientation to people, awareness of the importance of relationships;
- Ability to solve problems quickly and independently;
- Computer literacy;
- Knowledge of GHPT.
