Nature of work:
- Execution, monitoring and improvement of production plans, preparation of production results, reports;
- Ensuring the quality of manufactured products in accordance with established requirements;
- Ensuring compliance with production technology and equipment operation requirements;
- Planning, organizing and controlling the work of subordinate employees, their education and training;
- Preparation of documents related to the qualification categories and responsibilities of production workers.
To succeed in this position you will need:
- Similar type of work experience;
- Ability to coordinate and control the activities of production workers;
- Computer literacy;
- Communication, leadership skills, attentiveness, thoroughness, independence;
- Strong internal motivation and desire to make changes.
We will consider it an advantage if you have:
- Experience in applying LEAN methods (5S, TPM, etc.);
- Working experience with the Axapta program.
