BY JOINING THE TEAM, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Management of production processes and implementation of plans in a fish processing company.
- Continuous monitoring of production indicators and implementation of solutions for their improvement;
- Team formation, education, motivation, involvement of employees in process improvement;
- Human resource activity planning;
- Ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene requirements.
WE HOPE YOU:
- You have obtained a higher education (advantage in the field of food technology);
- You have at least 2 years of work experience in the field of production, managing the production department;
- You are proactive, you have excellent work planning and organization skills;
- You are familiar with the IFS Food standard;
- You have good knowledge of English, knowledge of Russian is an advantage;
