Our client is an international production company based in Kaunas. It is a company with many years of work experience that pays a lot of attention to innovative solutions and continuous improvement. The team is currently looking for reinforcements and invites Production Manager(s) to join them

NATURE OF WORK:

  • Production management, working with a team under direct and indirect control (150+ people in total)
  • Implementation of strategy, goals and objectives, identification and management of risks
  • Planning of production resources and their efficient management
  • Ensuring quality and safety standards
  • Planning, organizing, evaluating and training the work of subordinate employees
  • Improvement of internal processes, ensuring efficiency of production and used tools
  • Identification of competencies required for quality activities and their improvement

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Higher engineering-technical university education
  • Successful work experience in the position of production manager
  • Excellent strategic, analytical thinking skills and effective communication skills
  • Innovativeness, desire to improve, curiosity and independence
  • Ability to motivate the team, lead them forward, help achieve the set goals
  • Good English language skills (written and spoken)
