Production Manager

Supervision and coordination of the production process;
Ensuring smooth work and order;
Ensuring the smooth working process of production equipment;
Quality assurance of manufactured products, improvement of operational processes;
Analysis of production capacity and achieved results;
Education, motivation and management of subordinate employees;
Providing and implementing proposals for increasing the efficiency of production processes and improving operations.

Higher engineering - technical university education;
Successful work experience in the position of production manager;
Ability to plan and organize own and team activities;
Ability to read technical drawings and electrical diagrams of equipment;
Good knowledge of English (written and spoken);
Computer literacy;
A strong sense of responsibility;
The ability to motivate the team, lead them forward, help achieve the set goals.

2000-4000 €/mon. net
