Production planning, formation of tasks for subordinate personnel and implementation of plans;
Analysis and management of production capacity;
Ensuring the quality of manufactured products in accordance with established requirements and standards;
Identification of problems and their prompt solution;
Installation, maintenance and control of technological and production processes;
Broke prevention;
Daily quality assurance of manufactured products;
Implementation, tracking, control of production quality and performance indicators;
Creation of a quality control and tracking system for raw materials and products together with the quality department;
Departmental budget planning;
Optimization of the production process;
Calculation of the production cost of manufactured products;
Preparation of reports.

You are at least 2 years old. work experience of a production unit manager (in a food industry production company);
You have a higher technological/engineering/production education;
Knowledge and experience of production planning, cost optimization, orders and production process management;
Team management, motivation, task delegation and control skills;
Computer skills, MS office;
Good knowledge of English and/or Russian;
Be able to make decisions and implement them.

1500-2000 €/mon. net
