Your responsibilities:
- Formation and development of the existing team of managers of production departments
- Planning of production volumes and human resources activities
- Creation and control of operational efficiency measurement indicators
- Effective management of production development
- Analysis of operational efficiency processes, initiation of changes, implementation of operational efficiency projects
- Ensuring the operational efficiency of managed departments
- Responsibility for identifying and eliminating inefficient production processes

- Good knowledge of English, Russian is an advantage
