Main responsibilities and objectives:
- Organization and implementation of continuous production, responsibility for the results of production work, control of the fulfillment of goals;
- Coordination, motivation and education of the team's daily activities;
- Selection of technological solutions and equipment needed in the company's production processes, evaluation of economic benefits and organization of their acquisition;
- Interest in sustainable, innovative solutions in the production of alternative proteins and their application;
- Close cooperation with product development, sales and marketing, cultivation departments;
- Analysis of production efficiency and implementation of process improvement;
- Organization of work in two locations: Vilnius and Vilnius district (Nemėžys).
Position Requirements:
- Higher education: in the fields of food science and technology, chemistry or biology;
- Work experience as a food production manager or similar position;
- Good knowledge of food safety and hygiene norms;
- Ability to manage projects and teams, organize work;
- Ability to solve problems, make decisions and take responsibility;
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-changing environment;
- Knowledge of Lithuanian and English languages;
- Excellent communication, teaching and argumentation skills.
