We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to join our team in a daytime lunch restaurant. If you have high-quality food production skills, are able to look creatively at kitchen processes and are ready to contribute to the success of our company, we invite you to become our new Production Manager.
- Organization and control of kitchen activities;
- Control of raw materials and ensuring profitability;
- Creation and introduction of menus (recipes/technologies development);
- Employee training, management;
- Creation of technological cards;
- Inventory of kitchen raw materials;
- Ordering goods and controlling deadlines.
Employee requirements
- Analogous work experience;
- Knowledge of hygiene and quality standards;
- Orientation to quality and result;
- To be interested in trends and innovations in the production of dishes;
- Computer skills, knowledge of the Syrve program is an advantage
- Love of food.
