What needs to be done
- Ensure safe and smooth operation of the paper cup factory in the Kelme district;
- Organize a production team of 50 people in shifts;
- Team development, motivation and management.
- Solve daily production problems and implement real changes to reduce the likelihood of recurrence;
- Measure and optimize production indicators.
Employee requirements
- Experience in organizing factory or department activities;
- Computer literacy - use of technology in production management;
- English language - a great advantage in order to communicate with equipment manufacturers on technical issues;
- Systematic work with the ability to clearly describe processes in writing;
- Mechanical knowledge and skills - a significant advantage facilitating work with machine operators or mechanics.
