Administration of technical guarantees, service bulletins:
Creation, sale and administration of technical maintenance and service plans:
- communicate directly with manufacturers on warranty administration issues;
- register warranty failures in manufacturers' systems, provide the necessary information;
- follow service bulletins and their execution.
Creation, sale and administration of technical maintenance and service plans:
- draw up maintenance and service plans, sign contracts with clients;
- track the hours of the technician, inform customers about the necessary work to be done.
What do we expect from you:
- higher/higher technical or equivalent education;
- English language.
Preferably:
- work experience with parts and service of construction, quarry, agricultural or similar machinery.
Salary
1300-1700 €/mon. net
Reimbursement of fuel costs for travel to/from work.
Individual supplements are paid upon reaching the specified guarantee reimbursement rates.
