Nature of work:
- Registration of warranty complaints.
- Communication with the customer and subcontractors regarding defect elimination.
- Examining the causes of the defect, determining their elimination methods and deadlines.
- Defect removal control and acceptance of quality work.
- Searching and selecting suitable subcontractors to eliminate defects.
- Fulfillment of guarantee obligations of the company's objects throughout Lithuania.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in the organization of co-construction works (work with warranty works would be considered an advantage).
- Higher education (higher engineering education would be considered an advantage).
- Have clerical and computer literacy skills.
- Have good communication skills.
- Be able to read, analyze projects and technical documentation.
- Good knowledge of construction and technology processes.
- Have a category B driver's license.
