WE WILL TRUST YOU:
- solving customer problems and advising them over the phone (incoming calls and inquiries);
- remote troubleshooting of internet and television problems of private clients.
WE ARE IMPORTANT THAT YOU:
- you are communicative and willing to help;
- can work with a sliding work schedule I-VII 8-21 hours;
- want to improve in the field of telecommunications and are receptive to innovations;
- has analytical thinking and attention to detail;
- you communicate well in Lithuanian and Russian;
- similar work experience and/or education in the field of telecommunications - an advantage!
