  • has a university/non-university education
  • able to communicate fluently in Lithuanian orally and in writing
  • you like and know how to communicate with people and help them
  • learn English and/or Russian at B1 level

IT WOULD BE AN ADVANTAGE IF YOU:
  • has experience in the field of railway transport
  • has experience in customer service
  • has an education in the field of transport

  • advising clients on the provision of administrative services
  • examining requests submitted by clients, making decisions on service provision
  • acceptance of documents submitted by clients
  • Issuance of documents prepared for clients
  • processing of service registers and the data contained in them
  • improvement of department goals, service processes and work organization
