Nature of work
- analyze and manage the company's GIS databases and oversee the process of integration with other systems;
- create and manage GIS applications and GIS web services using GIS data management, analysis and visualization standards;
- develop and administer the ArcGIS Enterprise system (conduct user training, develop mobile applications, create data display dashboards);
- manage the company's digital archive (work with graphic formats of completion documents, document management system, catalog structures);
- maintain close contact with internal and external system specialists on GIS operational issues (check and propose solutions in accordance with the requirements of legal acts);
- perform other tasks assigned to the unit and participate in other projects carried out by the unit, propose innovative GIS application ideas and contribute to their implementation.
Employee requirements
- you have a higher university education in the field of engineering;
- you have accumulated at least 2 years of similar work experience (in the field of GIS and analytics);
- you have experience working with GIS software (such as ArcGIS, QGIS, PostGIS, etc.);
- you have very good MS Excel skills (experience working with Power BI, Power Query or Power Pivot would be an advantage);
- you have experience in modeling geographic databases (UML) and managing geographic data manipulation tools (ArcGIS ModelBuilder, Jupyter Notebook, Python, ArcPy, Shapely, Pandas - would be an advantage);
- you have good Lithuanian and English language skills.

Wage:
Monthly remuneration of 2400 - 3000 EUR (before taxes) and financial incentives (additional remuneration depending on company and individual performance). The specific salary is agreed with the candidate, taking into account his experience, competence and ability to achieve results independently.
