Key Responsibilities
- Create visually appealing and effective marketing materials such as print collaterals, banners, social media graphics, and other promotional materials.
- Develop engaging digital design assets for online channels, including website graphics, email templates, social media visuals, and display ads to enhance our online presence.
- Utilize proficiency in multimedia design, video creation, and 3D design, while showing a strong interest in further developing these skills.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines in collaboration with the marketing team, ensuring brand consistency across all design elements.
- Work closely with the marketing team to generate graphics for blog posts, presentations, infographics, and other content to communicate our brand messages effectively.
- Collaborate with the product and development teams to provide design support for user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) enhancements on our platforms.
- Quickly adapt to changing project requirements and priorities, demonstrating flexibility and the ability to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, creativity, attention to detail, and an understanding of branding principles.
- Mastery of industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and relevant tools like Figma and Canva.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically, translating ideas into visually appealing and effective design solutions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, marketing professionals, and other stakeholders.
- A degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within a marketing environment.
