Responsibilities:

Group Consolidation: Ensure smooth preparation of quarterly and annual group consolidation, improve the process and ensure transformation to International accounting standards at the Group level.
Annual audit management: Coordinate and manage the implementation schedule of annual audits, cooperate with external auditors to provide the necessary information and ensure that the audit is performed according to the scheduled deadlines.
Management of the budgeting process: Coordinate and manage the annual budgeting process, prepare the necessary forms, manage compliance with deadlines. Analyze financial data.
Making group finances more efficient: Actively participate in solving finance-related issues at the group level, predict opportunities to improve processes, standardization and save costs, increase accounting efficiency.
Accounting review and control: Review and oversee aspects of the Group's accounting operations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and best practice. Implement and manage various accounting control procedures. Ensure the smooth closing of the financial period and its shortening.
Group loan control: Supervise and prepare group loan documentation, pricing, interest calculation model.

Requirements:

Experience in a similar position with at least 3-4 years of finance, accounting or auditing experience (experience in large audit firms is an advantage).
Deep knowledge of Lithuanian and IFRS accounting standards and regulations.
Experience in consolidation and preparation of financial statements.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong critical and analytical thinking, good problem solving skills.
Initiative and decisiveness, interest in improvement and a sense of responsibility.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Management of MS Office programs (Excel, Word).

Salary

3500-4900 €/mon. gross
