Nature of work
- managing the planning and monitoring function of the EPSO-G Group:
- determination of function objectives, indicators;
- management, digitization and improvement of integrated strategic planning processes;
- leading the team (directly and in a matrix way).
- management of the preparation and monitoring process of the EPSO-G group strategy, activity plans and annual goals, strategic and other indicators (KPIs) of the Group companies;
- cooperation and communication with interested parties;
- ensuring cooperation with VšĮ "Control coordination center" on behalf of the EPSO-G group;
- analysis of relevant EU and national documents influencing the Group's activities, participation in various projects related to the transformation of the energy sector.
Employee requirements
- higher university education;
- at least 3 years of managerial work experience (advantage – in a state-run company or a group of companies);
- knowledge of the strategic goals and regulatory principles of the national and international energy sector;
- leadership, strategic thinking, strong orientation to results, organization, initiative;
- successful experience of leading a team (directly and matrix principle) (would be an advantage);
- excellent stakeholder relationship management skills;
- excellent knowledge of the English language (oral and written).
