About Ober-Haus

We are a real estate service provider with 25 years of experience in Lithuania and the Baltic region. Our clients value us for our professional knowledge of the market and the relationships built on mutual trust and long-term partnership. Our team includes more than 140 real estate professionals throughout Lithuania: property and business appraisers, residential and commercial real estate experts, market analysts and property administration specialists. We are currently inviting a residential real estate broker in Vilnius to join our team.

Nature of work:

  • take care of all our clients' housing sales or rental issues, from consultations to final contracts;
  • be constantly interested in the real estate market, participate in trainings in order to develop your competences in this area and be able to perform your work professionally and attract new clients;
  • collaborate with colleagues and external partners on related RT issues.

Our expectations for a new team member:

  • you are eloquent and fluent: in writing, on the phone and live;
  • learn to communicate and cooperate;
  • able to build long-term relationships with clients, helping to solve their problems;
  • you like to sell and achieve set goals;
  • you are active, you work quickly and effectively;
  • you like the field of real estate, want to learn and grow as a professional in this market.
