Sales consultants are responsible for providing the best customer experience that contributes to the store's sales and profits. As a Sales Consultant, you will always put customers first, offer support and share your knowledge of products and fashion.

What you will need to do:

• In all aspects of work, you think about customers first - you help them and share your knowledge about goods and fashion.
  
• By helping to maintain order in the shopping hall, you ensure a positive shopping experience that meets H&M standards.
  
• You help your colleagues with your skills and knowledge and thus actively contribute to the creation of a good atmosphere and a smoothly working team.
