Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the car carriers forwarding department, overseeing all operational and administrative functions.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the department's client base and optimize service offerings.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and other stakeholders in the automotive transportation industry.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies, while continuously seeking opportunities for process improvement and cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and enhance overall service quality.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, logistics or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in transport field (experience in car carriers forwarding – an advantage) with at least 1 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- In-depth knowledge of the transport industry, including industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
- Proven track record of successfully managing a team and achieving departmental goals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation also problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset.

Salary
From 4960 €/mon. gross
Additional bonus based on work results.
