Principal Accountabilities

The ideal applicant should have the following credentials:
We’re offering
Salary – 6000-7000 Eur/monthly plus annual salary bonus.
- Active interest in the PRO BRO franchise concept and the financial possibilities it provides;
- Find investors who will become PRO BRO master franchisees and expand PRO BRO Express car wash networks into other areas;
- Establishing, sustaining, and expanding connections with prospective master franchise investors in new areas by communicating with new investment funds, high-net-worth (HNW) people, corporate and institutional customers, and other franchisees;
- Participate in business case development;
- Communicating sales pitches and investment prospects to investors;
- Providing fast replies to investor inquiries;
- Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, legal, marketing, and other departments to ensure the given data is consistent and accurate;
- Organising and participating in investor roadshows and events;
- Business development project management.
Key Skills and Experience Required
The ideal applicant should have the following credentials:
- Relevant expertise in asset management, private or investment banking, or other financial services-related activities;
- Familiarity with related items, particularly various company investment options;
- Shown capacity to comprehend and predict investor perspectives (both institutional and high-net-worth), as well as impact various investment product propositions;
- The capacity to examine the big picture and identify major threats;
- Superior communication skills and the ability to keep customers informed, both in writing and vocally, will be essential;
- Effective networking skills;
- Effective project management capabilities;
- Passion and drive to take the fastest-growing Express car wash franchise in Europe to new markets;
- The ability to react compassionately and responsibly to private situations and information;
- The ability to travel;
- A high level of accuracy, consistency, and rapid responses are required;
- Fluent in English and Lithuanian.
