Head of Process Management (LEAN)

Pareigų aprašymas:
- Experience implementing LEAN principles and methodologies within an organization, preferably in service industry;
- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills as well as drive for change;
- Degree in business administration or another related field.
We will entrust you with:
- Establish process and project management office, including building the team and defining the working routines;
- Drive the adoption of LEAN principles and methodologies across the organization;
- Analyse, strategize, and enhance organizational processes to maximize efficiency and performance, in alignment with the guidelines of VIG shareholders;
- Collaborate with teams across all departments to streamline processes, improve communication, and ensure alignment;
- Establish KPIs and metrics to measure process effectiveness, identify areas for improvement and monitor progress;
- Provide training on LEAN principles and tools to ensure that the company is equipped for change;
- Lead change efforts to ensure successful implementation of process improvements and overcome resistance.
Pareigų reikalavimai:
- Monthly salary of 4000+ EUR gross (salary depends on candidate's experience and eligibility for the position requirements);
