Responsibilities:
- Design and execute strategic sales plans to meet company goals;
- Lead, mentor, and train the sales team to enhance their performance;
- Set team priorities, track progress, and assess results;
- Manage and grow relationships with assigned clients, including developing account plans and negotiating annual rates;
- Study global market trends and competitor actions to uncover new growth opportunities.
Requirements:
- 5+years of experience in sales and managing a sales team, preferably in the FMCG sector;
- Strong understanding of B2B wholesale business;
- Goal-oriented, ambitious, and committed to contributing to company growth;
- Excellent negotiation and business communication skills;
- Strong interpersonal skills for building customer relationships;
- Proficient in spoken and written English;
- Curious, creative, and thrive on challenges.
